OUR BRICK OVEN
Our custom-built brick oven does all the work! Heated to 900 degrees, each pizza cooks in 90 seconds. True to Neapolitan style, the oven cooks the dough to appear “kissed by the flames” (also called “leopard spots”). You’ll notice the center of each pizza is soft & moist - we suggest a knife & fork!
Lets face it, a crust can make or break a pizza. Made with Italian Caputo Flour, our specialty batch dough balls are naturally light allowing you to enjoy all the flavors of your pizza without overpowering the taste. No oil or fat is added to the dough, making our crust crispy on the outside & moist and tender on the inside.
Our sauce is made with 100% San Marzano Tomatoes… as Rick would say…”the only tomatoes that can be used to make Vera Pizza Napoletana (True Neapolitan Pie).”
Grown in Italian volcanic soil, these tomatoes are considered to be the best sauce tomatoes in the world.
